What time can I arrive and when must I leave?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for €15, subject to availability.
How do I get into the building?
Arrival is self check-in. After completing the online check-in (ID and city tax) you will receive your access code by WhatsApp and email.
What is the cancellation policy?
With the flexible rate, cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival. The non-refundable rate is cheaper and cannot be refunded.
Is the city tax included?
No. The Brussels city tax is charged per night and per accommodation unit, and is paid during the online check-in. You will see the exact amount before booking.
Is there parking?
The building has no garage; on-street parking is available.
Can I store my luggage before or after?
Yes, there are lockers at the building entrance for €5 per day.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, on request and charged separately. Send us your flight details on WhatsApp and we will give you the price.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
No. The building is 100% smoke-free (€200 fine) and pets are not allowed.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are issued by Cofrsharing SRL (VAT BE 1003.831.620). Request yours by email with your billing details.
