Booking terms

Price

The price shown is for the whole stay and includes VAT, cleaning and, where applicable, the extra guest supplement. The Brussels city tax is not included: it is charged per night and per accommodation unit and paid during the online check-in.

Payment

The booking is paid in full by card at the time of booking, via Stripe. The booking is confirmed once payment is complete; you will receive the confirmation by email and WhatsApp.

Rates and cancellation

Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, with a full refund; after that, cancellation is not refundable. Non-refundable rate: cheaper, with no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. You can cancel from the link in your confirmation.

Arrival and departure

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Completing the online check-in (ID for each guest) before arrival is mandatory; the access code is sent once it is completed.

Deposit

A €20 hold is placed on your card as a guarantee and released 48 hours after check-out if there are no incidents.

House rules

The building is 100% smoke-free (including vaping and balconies): €200 fine. No pets. No parties or events: €300 fine and possible immediate cancellation without refund. Quiet hours 22:00–08:00. Maximum occupancy as stated for the booked studio.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, accommodation services for specific dates are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal; the cancellation conditions of the chosen rate apply.
