Controller

The data controller is Cofrsharing SRL (BE 1003.831.620), Rue Charles Quint 122, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgique. For any privacy matter: manager@europeandistrictstudios.com.

What we process

When you book: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and amount. At online check-in: the identity data required by Belgian law for the guest register. When you contact us: what you tell us. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we neither see nor store them.

Purposes and legal bases

Managing your booking, payment and stay (performance of a contract); keeping the guest register and meeting tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation); answering your enquiries (legitimate interest or consent); and protecting the site against abuse (legitimate interest). We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Retention

Booking and invoicing data for the period required by tax and accounting rules (7 years in Belgium). The guest register for the applicable legal period. Enquiries without a booking, up to 12 months.

Recipients

Service providers acting on our behalf: the MIMO booking software (esmimo.com), the payment processor Stripe, cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, in the EU), email and WhatsApp messaging, and the channel manager that keeps availability up to date. Also authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; they do so with GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object by writing to manager@europeandistrictstudios.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
